		<description>In reference to the article lets not be confined with the industry alone ;compared to any other countries in the world the oppurtunity to Women in many fields have been equal then any other leading or developed nations;we could illustrate with classic  examples across the history of India before and after indian  independence. The current social and highest office of India Goverment is holded by a Lady - Prathibha Patil president of India who was elected to the supreme office of the overall goverment  organisation system is a classic example.</description>
