Certifications and Accreditation

In our efforts to provide outstanding service to our clients and maximize our compliance with domestic and international commerce regulations, RW3 CultureWizard has instituted and maintains the high standards of process and procedure required to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau, the GSA, and achieve Safe Harbor Certification. Better Business Bureau

A Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a private, nonprofit organization that provides services and programs to assist consumers and businesses. The focus of a Bureau’s activities is to promote an ethical marketplace by encouraging honest advertising and selling practices, and alternative dispute resolution. The services and programs offered by your Better Business Bureau can help you be a more informed, knowledgeable and satisfied consumer.

United States General Services Administration

The USGSA provides centralized procurement for the federal government, offering products, services, and facilities that federal agencies need to serve the public. GSA’s acquisition solutions supplies federal purchasers with cost-effective high-quality products and services from commercial vendors.

Safe Harbor Certification

Safe Harbor Certification is required to comply with the European Commission’s Directive on Data Protection, which prohibits the transfer of personal data to non-European Union countries that do not meet the European Union (EU) “adequacy” standard for privacy protection. While the United States and the EU share the goal of enhancing privacy protection for their citizens, the United States takes a different approach to privacy from that taken by the EU.

In order to bridge these different privacy approaches and provide a streamlined means for U.S. organizations to comply with the Directive, the U.S. Department of Commerce in consultation with the European Commission developed a “Safe Harbor” framework.
