Paula Caligiuri

Paula Caligiuri, Ph.D, is on the faculty in the Human Resource Management department in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University, where she is the Director of the Center for Human Resource Strategy (CHRS). Paula researches, publishes, and consults in three primary areas: strategic human resource management in multinational organizations, global leadership development, and global assignee management.
