Who We Are

Background

RW3 CultureWizard was created in 2001 by Michael S. Schell and Charlene Marmer Solomon, who between them have over 50 years of international HR experience and are recognized authorities in the intercultural business consulting arena.

They are the authors of two important books in the field, Managing Across Cultures: The Seven Keys to Doing Business with a Global Mindset (McGraw-Hill, 2009) and Capitalizing on the Global Workforce (McGraw-Hill, 1997), as well as hundreds of significant articles and papers that they publish on an ongoing basis.

Before founding RW3 CultureWizard, Schell was the founding partner of Windham International and Moran, Stahl & Boyer, breakthrough thought-leaders in International HR business consulting. Much of the companies’ work is foundational for common global business practices today.

RW3 CultureWizard has offices in New York, Los Angeles and London and a network of researchers, writers and interculturalists around the world.
